Information you provide

We do not require registration to read guides or use planning tools. If you email us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, resolve a reported issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal data.

Browser-based tools

The lighting planner and lamp comparison calculator operate in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to our own application server by the tools. Standard hosting infrastructure may still record technical requests such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs for security and delivery.

Google AdSense and cookies

Our site includes Google AdSense code for site verification and potential advertising. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads, subject to applicable law and your consent choices where required. Retention and rights

We keep correspondence only as reasonably needed to answer and document inquiries. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you supplied, subject to applicable legal obligations. If consent management is required for specific visitors, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism before serving personalized advertising.
